This Christmas, at GRAN VIA 2, we want to reward your shopping with a new €150 gift card giveaway so you can enjoy the holidays even more.

Over the next few weeks, you can participate in three different giveaways by accumulating your receipts from stores in the center. The more you shop, the more chances you have to win.

📅 Giveaway Dates
You can participate in the following periods:

• From 12/22, winner announced on 12/29

• From 12/29, winner announced on 01/05

• From 01/05, winner announced on 01/12

Each period corresponds to an independent giveaway.

👉 How to participate
Participation is very easy:

1. Collect receipts from the same day from GRAN VIA 2 stores.

2. The total amount must be €50 or more.

3. For every €50 spent, you will get one entry.
   (For example: if you spend €100, you can enter twice.)

4. Go to the Information Desk, show your receipts, fill in the form, and drop it in the box.

Official giveaway rules
Below are the official rules of the in-person giveaway, which set out the conditions of participation, the prize, the draw procedure, and the processing of personal data.

1. ORGANIZER
The giveaway is organized by Gran Via 2, with registered office in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”.

2. TERRITORIAL AND TEMPORAL SCOPE
The giveaway will take place in person at the Gran Via 2 shopping center during the following periods:

From 22/12 to 29/12

From 29/12 to 05/01

From 05/01 to 12/01

Each period constitutes an independent entry with its corresponding draw.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All individuals who meet the following requirements may participate in the giveaway:

• Be over 18 years old.

• Present receipts from the same day, made exclusively at Gran Via 2 establishments.

• The total sum of the presented receipts must be €50 or more.

👉 Multiple entries:
For every €50 of accumulated purchases, the participant will be entitled to an additional entry.
Example:

50 € → 1 entry

100 € → 2 entries

150 € → 3 entries

Receipts from different days or from establishments outside Gran Via 2 will not be accepted.

4. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS
The participant must go to the Gran Via 2 Information Desk.

Staff will verify that the receipts meet the established conditions.

If the sum reaches €50, the participant will receive an entry form for each €50 increment.

The participant must fill in the form with their personal data and deposit it in the designated box for the draw.

5. PRIZE
During each period, the following will be drawn:

1 gift card worth €150, redeemable at participating Gran Via 2 establishments.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

6. DRAW AND WINNER NOTIFICATION
The draw will be held once each promotional period has ended.

The winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form.

If it is not possible to contact the winner within 7 days, the prize may be awarded to an alternate or declared void, at the Organizer’s discretion.

7. DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with current data protection regulations (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR and applicable legislation), the personal data provided by participants will be processed by Gran Via 2 for the following purposes:

• Managing participation in the giveaway and the delivery of the prize.

• Sending commercial communications and newsletters related to Gran Via 2, its activities, promotions, and events, by electronic means.

Data will not be shared with third parties except under legal obligation.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability at any time by submitting a written request to the Organizer.

Participation in the giveaway implies the express acceptance of the processing of personal data for the purposes indicated.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these legal rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway for justified reasons.
