Talent and creativity on the BALMES IMAGE catwalk at GRAN VIA 2

Last Friday, May 23rd, the restaurant terrace at GRAN VIA 2 was transformed into a true fashion runway with the annual fashion show of BALMES IMAGE school. The event brought together over 200 students from the Vocational Training programmes in Aesthetics, Hairdressing, and Personal Image Consultancy at the Centre d’Estudis Jaume Balmes, who showcased more than 60 unique looks to an enthusiastic audience. The event significantly boosted foot traffic in the shopping centre’s restaurant area throughout the afternoon.

Under the theme “Charm and Mystery: A masked ball between elegance and luxury,” students presented their end-of-year creations, bringing to life proposals full of creativity, elegance, and personality. The fashion shows featured a professional jury in charge of awarding the best looks in various categories. For the students, this event represents much more than a final exam — it’s an opportunity to demonstrate their creative and professional potential before a real audience.
